Look at that body, look at that body, I work out. Wiggle wiggle wiggle.

I'm at my university's library right now, it's 6:11 pm and I've been at school since morning and I'm not planning to go back anytime soon. Sigh. This is why you should never procrastinate. Other than catching up with the work that I've delayed for almost two or three weeks, I also need to work on my assignments that are due next week. I usually leave it to the weekend, but I have something to do this weekend! I have a trip to attend. It's a secret for now hehe. Will post about it when I come back.
Anyways, I was doing my work and I figured I could use a 10 minutes break and I decided to blog. What a nice idea Diane.

So here goes, my random rambling;

Lately, I've been so motivated to work out. I know everyone will go "ahhh typical, it's New Year, it's one of those never achieved resolutions" yada yada but no, I did not start working out because it was my New Year resolution. In fact, I don't do New Years Resolution that much. Each morning I wake up hoping and striving for the better. I didn't wait for New Year to do that. I started working out because I felt like I needed that. I felt like my body needed them.

To start with, I am blessed with a body that never gains so much weight if I go binge eating. I maintain this shape and weight for a very long time and that is because I have a high metabolism, thank God. But that DOESN'T MEAN I'M HEALTHY. If all the oils and fats are not turned into fats, where do they go? I am lucky to be given a wonderful digestion system that force me to poop almost everyday, but still not enough. All of the oils and fats go into my bloodstream and they are also building up in my blood vessels, which can cause a lot of troubles! All the toxins are not expelled since we don't sweat much this winter. Toxins are expelled in three ways, pooping, sweating and skin. All those dark spots are mostly because of toxins. Getting rid of toxins is important, as important as taking care of your skin, as important as taking care of your hair. WAIT NO IT IS MORE important than that.

Skinny/slim people are not necessarily healthy.

I noticed I got out of breath so easily, I got tired easily, my body felt weak and all that jazz. But after a constant workout session for over a month already, I can't explain how much better I'm feeling right now! My body feels so light, and smooth. My breathing, God! My breathing is so much clearer right now. I don't feel out of breath that much anymore when I walk especially uphill to my campus. I sleep better. I poop better.

When we work out, our blood gets pumped to the lungs and promote blood circulation which in turn produce better brain activity (I need this for engineering school), more fresher body (need this to stay awake at school), produce healthy lungs that get enough blood pumping session, and many many more benefits. (I'm also done with my 10 minutes break lol)

So recently, I made an investment (lol it was only $19), I bought myself a pretty purple Yoga Mat. I hoped that this motivation of mine will never go away cause honestly, I feel so so so much better right now with my body and my inside system.

Not to mention, no more flabby chicken wings (flabby arms), and bye saggy buttocks (this will happen as you age), saggy boobs (noooo!) and no more excessive spare tyres! :)

Most people think we don't have time to workout ( I used to think this way). Good God, we have more than enough time. More than enough to balance out everything. That was just my lazy excuse to not get tired.

Ok it's been 11 minutes! Ooppss.
